To maintain a professional standard across all listings, all roles must include:
Legal Employment: Positions must be offered legally with appropriate tax withholdings.
Competitive Pay: A minimum of $25 gross per hour, adjusted for your area and expectations.
Industry Standard Benefits: Guaranteed hours, paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, and mileage reimbursement if a personal vehicle is used for work. A health insurance contribution is strongly encouraged and helps attract experienced candidates.
