FT Nanny/Family Assistant - $28-$32 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Compensation: $28-32 per hour, guaranteed hours, taxes withheld, paid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick days. Health stipend negotiable.

A kind and easygoing family in East Greenwich, RI is looking for a full-time Warm and Proactive Nanny/Family Assistant to care for their child and help keep their home running smoothly. They’re hoping to find someone who’s engaging, energetic, and truly enjoys being hands-on with kids. Someone who can plan fun, age-appropriate activities and handle pick-ups and drop-offs with ease would be a great fit! When the child is spending time with Mom, you’ll shift gears into Family Assistant mode and help with the day-to-day household tasks that keep everything on track.

The role includes things like light grocery shopping, simple meal prep, managing the family’s laundry, keeping play areas and shared spaces tidy, taking out the trash, and running the occasional errand. The family already has someone who handles the deep cleaning, so your focus will be more about keeping things organized and flowing smoothly. They’d love to find someone warm, self-sufficient once you’ve learned the routine, a great communicator, and the type of person who naturally takes initiative and jumps in where needed.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Nanny/Family Assistant, along with a clean criminal background and a safe driving record. 
Pets: 1 dog - 5lb mini Dachshund
Driving/Parking: Must have a valid driver's license and willing to use own car to transport the child.
Travel: Some overnights and travel a couple times of year would be ideal.
Additional Information: Mom is home and looking for a team player.
