Schedule: 40 guaranteed hours per week, typically Monday-Friday. Exact schedule will vary and be given 1 month in advance.

Proactive and Supportive Nanny/Family Assistant Needed Full-Time in College Grove, TN!

A busy family in College Grove is seeking a full-time Nanny/Family Assistant to become a supportive part of their household. This role blends caring for their child with helping to keep everyday life running smoothly. The Nanny will plan and engage the child in fun, age-appropriate activities, maintain a consistent routine, and create a positive, nurturing environment. When childcare is not needed, family assistant responsibilities include helping with grocery shopping, running errands, light meal preparation, family laundry, handling returns, and keeping common areas tidy and organized. A separate housekeeper manages deep cleaning.

The ideal candidate is thoughtful, dependable, and naturally takes initiative in helpful ways. The Nanny will partner with the parents to support both the child and household, confidently taking ownership of their role while remaining attentive to the parents’ wishes. This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in their work, values being part of a team, and enjoys creating a sense of ease and consistency within the home.

Requirements: 5+ years of professional childcare and family assistant experience, recent experience working with toddlers, a valid passport, a clean criminal record and a good driving record. 
Pets: 2 miniature dachshunds
Driving/Parking: Must have a reliable vehicle to use for work-related driving - mileage will be reimbursed.
Travel: Required, domestic and international
Additional Information: Mom is home throughout the day and child is in school 2 days per week.
