PT Nanny - $30-$35 per hour

Location: Dover, MA, 02030
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm (20 hours/week)
Start: ASAP
Children: 1.5 and 3 years old; 3rd child expected in September
Compensation: $30-35 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days and paid holidays

A caring and collaborative family in Dover is seeking a part-time Nanny to help care for their young children. This role involves general childcare responsibilities such as planning and engaging the children in age-appropriate and developmentally enriching activities, preparing bottles and meals, putting the children down for naps, and keeping their play areas and rooms tidy. Light household duties related to the children, including their laundry, will also be part of the daily routine.

The ideal candidate is dependable, nurturing, and enthusiastic about supporting early childhood development. A strong understanding of infant and toddler milestones is preferred, and the family values a caregiver who is flexible, outdoorsy, and comfortable working in close partnership with the parents. The family is looking for a candidate who does not rely on screen time, as the family emphasizes outdoor play. The family is looking for a Nanny who is collaborative and a true extension of their parenting team.

Requirements: 3+ years of professional Nanny experience including recent experience caring for infants and toddlers, a clean criminal record, and a good driving record
Pets: 2 friendly Golden Retrievers
Driving/Parking: Family will provide a car for driving the children. Parking is available.
Travel: None
Additional Information: Both parents work from home but will be on extended parental leave when the baby arrives. Both children will attend preschool 3 days per week starting in September
